The Marlton Field House is dedicated to hosting courses and programs that offer cultural, social, and recreational activities to the community, by the community.


A selection of personal development courses in areas such as arts and crafts, culinary, health and fitness, music, and senior programs are offered each semester. 

Release and Relax Yoga

with Peggy Koenitzer

  • Yoga postures and breathing techniques designed to enhance strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, and deep relaxation.

  • Learn to still the mind, becoming more centered and focused.

  • Find peace in stressful situations, and also become more balanced in mind, body, and spirit.

All levels Yoga

Tuesday Evenings from 6:30-7:45pm

For beginners, as well as those already familiar with Yoga


Begin April 3rd and run through June 26

$115 for 10 week session

$80 for 6 classes (to be used during the spring)
